I still have lots of Venison and Salmon in the freezer, so it's time to get some of it used up. Venison and Wild Mushroom Stew has been an all time favorite of mine. You can eat is as a stew or top things like pasta or mashed potatoes with it. Either way, it's delicious and a perfect comfort food for cold winter weather and card parties.
